Join the Airborne Sensor RF Design Department as a dynamic Mechanical Engineer in McKinney, TX. We are seeking proactive individuals capable of performing mechanical design and documentation for electro-mechanical assemblies, engaging with suppliers across the U.S., and providing support to our manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate closely with program and functional leadership to achieve design and production objectives.
• Create detailed designs using PTC Creo Parametric or equivalent solid modeling software.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles effectively in design documentation and fabrication.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers on various aspects of design, such as aerostructures, housing, electronics packaging, and thermal management.
• Regularly interact with the Integrated Program Team Lead, Program Management, Supply Chain, and external personnel.
• Engage in limited travel (up to 10%) to meet with suppliers and other Raytheon facilities.
