Learning Senior Specialist

OverviewAt Catalyst Brands we are looking for an Instructional Design Senior Specialist to join our Talent Management team.ResponsibilitiesLearning and Development (L&D) Program DesignDesign and manage the development of complex learning and development(L&D) programs (e.g., leadership development) to meet individual andorganizational learning needs within specified timescales and resources; identifyand incorporate appropriate L&D methodologies and delivery channels; overseethe development of content to support high levels of learner engagement andachievement of learning outcomes.Learning and Development (L&D) Program DeliveryManage the delivery of complex learning and development (L&D) programs toensure the engagement of learners and achievement of intended learningoutcomes; engage with individual senior managers to deliver leadershipdevelopment training or coaching and to support their personal development.Learning Needs AnalysisEngage with function senior line management to clarify organizationalrequirements, to set priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions,and to define required learning outcomes; specify and manage the collection andanalysis of data to inform learning needs analysis.HR Data Analytics and InsightsDevelop and investigate multiple hypotheses, using a wide range of HR data todiagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identify opportunities toenhance employee engagement and / or improve business performance.Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworksfor area of responsibility or department. Take responsibility for creatingunderlying procedures and monitoring their implementation.Policy Development and ImplementationQualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design, education or related field is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development (preferably HR content)
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
• Experience with design software, such as Vyond, Articulate or InDesign
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems
