PCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, which performs work across the DC / Baltimore metro areas and is seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of electrical systems across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and parts to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to complete installations and repairs.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Follow local and national electrical codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
