Patient Population : general ortho, trained Pelvic health PTA, IASTM, manual therapy

Shift : Days

Hours : 40 hours per week

Number of Patients per day : 12 - 14

Requirements : Updated Resume

Active Kentucky Physical Therapist Licensed Required

AHA / ARC - CPR / BLS Card Required

Covid Vaccine Card

Outpatient Experience is preferred.

Will accept New Grads? yes

Will accept First Time Travelers? yes

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Float to other clinics : yes

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
