We are currently selecting Team Members for our Lunch and Dinner services :
Lunch service can range from :
- 11 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
- 12 : 00pm to 5 : 00pm
Dinner service can range from
4 : 00pm to close5 : 00pm to close6 : 00pm to closeBoth full time and part time hours are available. We are creative with scheduling and will work with you to meet both the restaurants needs as well as yours
Primary Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will :
Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner; take orders accurately at the counter, process payments, and hand food correctly and promptly.Prepare food items (e.g., produce prep such as peeling / dicing potatoes, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce) and assemble and hand out orders that meet quality standardsMaintain a safe, clean and sparkling work environment and guest areas - this includes cleaning workstations, floors, fryers, dining room, patio / parking lot, windows when required.Operate restaurant equipment (fryers, grills, slicers, dicers, computer terminals) safely and according to standards.Work as a team : assist coworkers, communicate proactively, follow directions from supervisors, and accept constructive feedback professionally and with the intent of growing.Adapt to changing workloads and tasks - move between work areas as needed and shift priorities quickly.Ensure punctuality, attendance, and availability for scheduled shifts; be ready to fulfill the entire service shift unless relieved by a supervisor.Continue learning and growing - as you demonstrate competence we will train you for additional responsibilities and advancement.Qualifications & Requirements
Education / Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Previous guest service or food service experience is a plus but not necessary - training is provided.Skills & Attributes :
Friendly, positive attitude; genuine desire to serve guests and be part of a team.Strong work ethic : dependable, punctual, able to follow instructions and complete tasks.Excellent communication skills : able to interact with guests and coworkers respectfully and productively.Coachable and able to accept feedback, willing to learn.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure / rush.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach across and behind work areas and equipment.Ability to lift, carry, move moderate loads (up to approx. 50-75 lbs) as needed in work environment.Ability to visually see at close distance (for food prep, quality control) and at a distance (for guest interactions) as needed by position.Ability to move freely around obstacles, quickly shift between work areas.What We Offer
