Job descriptionSalary range $265,000-$280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - 27 days / year Student Loan Forgiveness Program Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc. up to $1,500 / year $3,000 towards CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid 403(b) with a company match up to 10% Professional Liability Insurance with tail
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Mandated Requirements :
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or internal medicine - REQUIRED
- PA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice / license - REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRE
- State License - Pennsylvania (PA)
