Job Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities for AMRs.
  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and sales teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs into detailed business and functional specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure successful product development. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
  • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and customer needs. Analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • User-Centric Focus : Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that the product meets user needs and expectations. Gather user feedback and iterate on product features accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and timelines to stakeholders. Prepare and present product demos and training sessions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, particularly in robotics or industrial automation.
  • Strong understanding of robotics and automation and their applications in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to product development
