Position : Reach Truck Operator

Work Location : Tolleson AZ 85353

Payrate : $18.50 / hr

Duration : 3+ Months role with high chances of extension / conversion

Shift : Thursday to Saturday and every other Sunday : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Dress Code : Jeans, T-shirt, No shorts

Job Description :

Operating a reach forklift with great care, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials and products are always in the correct locations to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate is responsible, safety-focused, and experienced with industrial vehicles.

Responsibilities :

Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned areas

Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

Identify damages and report shortages or quality issues

Transport raw materials to production workstations

Inspect equipment, report repair needs, and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe operation

Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal guidelines

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment

Excellent physical condition and hand eye coordination

Valid forklift certification (Reach Truck experience require
