Premium Guest Acquisition Manager
Essential Job Functions :
- Premium Guest Acquisition : Identify, attract, and retain high-value players through personalized outreach, strategic incentives, and curated experiences.
- Relationship Expansion : Build and sustain relationships with elite clientele, leveraging existing networks and developing new ones to grow the premium player database and drive incremental revenue.
- Cross-Marketing Activation : Collaborate with property and corporate teams to unlock cross-property and digital marketing opportunities, including iCasino and Sportsbook platforms. Drive targeted business to key events across Northern Nevada and Caesars' enterprise-wide calendar, including concerts, sporting events, and exclusive brand activations.
- VVIP Experience Design : Curate and host exclusive, high-touch events using access to premier entertainment assetsconcerts, sporting events, and luxury travel.
- Luxury Access : Utilize corporate aviation and Caesars' expansive network of 50+ destinations to deliver seamless, elevated experiences.
- Brand Representation : Serve as a high-visibility ambassador for Caesars Entertainment, embodying values of loyalty, prestige, and excellence.
- Operational Oversight : Dispense complimentary amenities, assist with credit line establishment, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
General Requirements :
Casino Credit Awareness : Understanding of credit lines, markers, and responsible credit extension practices.Gaming Knowledge : Familiarity with table games, slots, and player behavior to effectively engage and retain high-value guests.Compliance & Integrity : Strong awareness of regulatory requirements, responsible gaming practices, and internal controls to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 3 years in casino player development / hosting, luxury hospitality, or high-end relationship management.Network : Ability to bring a book of business and cultivate new high-value relationships.Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and event planning skills; strategic thinker with a luxury service mindset.Presence : Polished, persuasive, and comfortable engaging elite clientele and executive stakeholders.Mobility : Willingness to travel across properties and attend key industry events.Connections : Has strong ties and presence in the Northern California market.Team Culture & Environment :

Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment for up to eight hours.Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
