Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; wash windows and walls as needed. Change bed linens, towels, and other linens; ensure laundry is properly cleaned and put away. Organize and declutter spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, addressing any specific requests or concerns. Complete special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Qualifications : Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture as needed. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
