Key Responsibilities

The Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships, under general direction, leads the administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs and scholarships. This position ensures transparent, student-centered communication with families, fostering a welcoming environment and a clear understanding of responsibilities, policies, and procedures. The director also develops strategic recommendations for institutional aid that align with the university's enrollment priorities and long-term financial sustainability, emphasizing academic achievement, geographic representation , and socioeconomic access.
