Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at St. Petersburg, FL! This is a 5 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist

Location : St. Petersburg, FL 33709

Shift Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (with one weekday off) + Saturday, 6 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $17 - 19.75 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Create and maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment .
• Collect blood specimens skillfully and safely from patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations .
• Accurately maintain documentation, records, and specimen labeling.
• Build patient trust by clearly explaining procedures and providing compassionate care.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
• Promote a positive image of Quest Diagnostics to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
