Job description

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Houston team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business with full agency support. Our product offerings include General Liability Workers Comp Commercial Auto Property Employee Benefits and more.

The Nitsche Group has been in business over 75 years and serves a wide array of commercial clients. Some of our top client industries include Construction Manufacturing Transportation Property - just about anything in the commercial world.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify insurance needs
  • Prospect quote and close new business opportunities
  • Provide professional guidance and tailored coverage solutions
  • Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth

Qualifications :

  • Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication networking and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven organized and goal-oriented
  • Ability to develop new business relationships
