Shift : Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs / week, M-FLength : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirement : yes - they will have to work either every Saturday or every SundayHolidays : yes, they will work them in with perm staff rotation, one major and one minor typically

Requirements :

CA license

Must have 2 years' experience at least

Must have experience with swallow studies

CCC-SLP

BLS

Other Details : EMR : CernerCommon diagnosis / Types of patients : Rehab - spinal cord injuries, stroke, brain injuries, a few ortho, no vents General inpatient - ortho, general medical, surgical, bariatrics, ICU, and cardiac Sub-acute - vented patients, long term patients
