Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, 13-week home health contract in West Bridgewater, MA. In this role, youll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a respected home health agency. The ideal candidate will bring proven home health experience, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase, and a passion for making a meaningful impact within the community.

Position Details :

  • Location : West Bridgewater, MA, and surrounding areas
  • Company : Sunbelt Staffing, partnered with a Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Position Type : Full-Time Contract, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
  • Contract Length : 13 Week Contract, with possibility of extension
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • On Call : Typically one weekend per month, varies per branch
  • Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 patients
  • Mileage : .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using the Oasis documentation system.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Utilize Homecare Homebase for accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families in their homes.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Manage patient caseload and ensure timely visits.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend per month.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Certification
  • At least 1 year of agency home health experience required
  • Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase required
  • Reliable transportation

    Important Note : Due to the nature of this contract position and limited training availability, only candidates with at least one year of home health experience and demonstrated proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase will be considered.
