REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent academic credentials
• Passion for working with entrepreneurs and emerging growth tech companies.
• Candidates should have experience in commercial, technology and IP licensing
• Diligent and hard working
• Ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Possesses strong analytical skills
• Good on one's feet with the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Experience with competitive firms in the tech sector is preferred, and familiarity with trademarks, licensing and privacy tech transactions are important, as is experience in fin-tech, life sciences, medical devices and / or equivalent sectors
• Should be licensed to practice law in the State of New York and be in good standing
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• The attorney hired for this position can expect to assume such responsibilities as :
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial b2b and b2c agreements, relating to software and other technology development, SAAS, outsourcing and in-bound and out-bound licensing, manufacturing, reseller relationships, OEM and distributor relationships, as well as NDAs, and terms of use / terms of service
• Advising clients regarding contractual matters, as well as internet, social media, marketing, advertising, open source, and e-commerce-related issues for a wide range of clients including, media and entertainment companies, technology platforms, retailers, social media companies, adtech companies, mobile app providers, cloud storage providers and telecommunication companies, financial services, software licensors, developers
• Helping to build relationships with clients and the broader ecosystem.
