We are looking for a dedicated 1st shift Senior Electrical Engineering Specialist to support the Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance (MTEM) Department in Andover, MA. This crucial role involves maintaining production equipment and supporting our dimensional metrology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
Independently maintain test equipment on the manufacturing floor.
Troubleshoot complex failures on various test platforms utilizing best practices and procedures.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians in troubleshooting techniques.
Design and implement significant improvements to systems and test equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
Interpret schematic drawings to aid in the troubleshooting of test stations and equipment.
Document troubleshooting steps to develop a reference guide for future troubleshooting efforts.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in test station / fixture design or troubleshooting.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced knowledge of RF, Digital, or High Power test systems, including physical and mechanical interfacing aspects.
Experience in developing, editing, and enhancing preventative maintenance and calibration procedures using effective methodologies.
Adept at managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, LEAN 6S principles, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD, reflective of varying experience levels.
