Inventory Management Supervisor
Location : Sonoma, CA
Type : On-site, Full-Time
Comp : $75k-85k DOE
We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure materials flow smoothly from receipt through production. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team while maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse processes, and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team, setting clear expectations and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and the movement of goods to production areas
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and ERP system tracking
- Implement warehouse best practices (FIFO, JIT, 5S) to improve efficiency and organization
- Monitor KPIs related to cost, performance, and quality, using data to drive process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with production and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Train, coach, and engage team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, and warehouse supervisionStrong ERP and Microsoft Office skills (Excel expertise required)Experience with lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, standard work, problem solving)Proven ability to analyze data, manage metrics, and drive resultsBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a focus on continuous improvementWhy Join Us
