Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the accounting team. We are a rapidly growing logistics company. Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including data entry, invoice verification, and payment processing.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by posting transactions and reconciling bank and credit accounts.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, and make adjusting journal entries as needed.
• Monitor aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and make collections calls when necessary.
• Assist with and payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Perform account and credit analysis to evaluate client and vendor creditworthiness.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including report generation and reconciliation.
