Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Solution Owner to drive the go-to-market success, positioning, and value realization of FarmENGAGE. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams—ensuring our offerings are clearly understood, well-positioned, leading to maximum adoption and impact in the markets we serve.

You will be responsible for articulating product value, enabling the field with compelling sales tools, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and commercial execution.

Your Impact

Define and communicate the product's unique value and differentiation across buyer personas and industries, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to execute product launches and promotions, refine messaging, and develop collateral that supports sales efforts and drives product adoption.

API partner marketing : Develop and execute go-to-market plans for partner integrations, including announcements, case studies, web content, and enablement materials. Drive awareness and adoption by collaborating with product marketing, field marketing, and sales, while creating internal toolkits, training, and partner-facing assets.

Farmer Panel Management : Establish, manage, and grow a farmer customer panel to capture insights and feedback.

Gather customer and field feedback to influence product development and strategy, while conducting market and competitive research to refine positioning and uncover new opportunities.

Your Experience and qualifications

Strategic Product Expertise : Over 4 years of experience in product marketing, product success, or strategic enablement roles, with a strong track record in developing and delivering sales enablement and product positioning materials.

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Proven experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and support.

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and connected device ecosystems, with experience in digital farming technologies and digital platform strategy.

Industry Knowledge : Background in agriculture or similar industries, enabling effective alignment of product strategy with market needs.

Communication Skills : Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, audience-specific messaging.
