HRIS SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HRIS Specialist with 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity within the nonprofit industry, located in New Hyde Park, New York. Responsibilities :

  • Leverage data analytics to enhance HR strategies and optimize operational processes.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and configure HR system updates and enhancements; lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related validation efforts.
  • Design and implement process improvements to boost HR department efficiency; create and update workflow and process diagrams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems.
  • Manage HRIS user accounts, permissions, access controls, and personalization settings to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with IT on cross-functional projects involving HR technology, data security, and system integration.
  • Develop, generate, and maintain dashboards, queries, and ad hoc reports to support HR decision-making and compliance.
  • Stay current with trends and innovations in HRIS platforms, vendor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.

Experience :

  • 3 years of HRIS experience, prior experience with Paycom is a plus
  • Employment Type : TemporaryWork Site : On-Site Salary : $25-32 / hr

    Pay Details : $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
