Senior Financial Analyst – Days (Hybrid Option)

📍 Location : McLaren Health Care Corporate | One McLaren Parkway, Grand Blanc, MI

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | 80 hours per pay period

📅 Start Date : October 20, 2025

💼 Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Hybrid – local candidates preferred)

💵 Salary Range : $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on education and experience)

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Grand Blanc, MI. This role supports financial and operational decision-making by delivering analytical insights, cost-accounting reports, and strategic recommendations to drive performance across McLaren’s integrated health network.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide data-driven financial and statistical analyses to assess the impact of management decisions and proposals.
• Identify cost control opportunities and develop strategic improvement recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity and validate financial information across multiple systems.
• Prepare reports and assist in operational studies to improve system efficiency.
• Support implementation of new systems and analytics tools.
