Location : Cleveland, OH

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to oversee operations across multiple service lines, including hospice, home health, rehabilitation, mental / behavioral health, and pharmacy services. This is a leadership role for a business-focused executive; clinical licensure is not required .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight across all service lines.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellence in care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and engage a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.
