The Senior Wealth And Trust Advisor is responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationships with clients and managing the delivery of wealth management services to the client. The incumbent will utilize broad-based fiduciary knowledge, experience, and bank resources to identify opportunities for relationship enhancement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage an account base consisting of large, complex, and sensitive relationships, including administering and obtaining fiduciary standards and BMT's policies
• Responsible for the overall client satisfaction by directing and coordinating the efforts of appropriate bank resources to ensure the timely delivery of quality service, issue resolution, and effective communication with clients and other wealth team members
• Cultivates strong working relationships with clients and their advisors to develop a complete understanding of clients' needs and seek to identify new business opportunities from the existing client base
• Build and maintain knowledge of fiduciary standards and practices and Support Fiduciary Services by providing departmental projects and committees leadership.
• Provide mentoring to junior Wealth Management Division advisors, including training, skill development, work allocation, and problem resolution, and represent BMT at outside / professional organizations; while supporting our mission, strategy, and values.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary Range : $130,466.00 - $214,338.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
