Credit Review / Loan Analyst - Goodland, KS

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flows to determine credit quality of current and / or potential customers
• Assist with the input of financial data into various computer systems
• Maintain compliance with established loan policies, procedures, laws and regulations
• Evaluate loan requests by preparing loan presentations and credit spreads
• Prepare multiple monthly reports pertaining to loan department information
• Orders and reviews real estate appraisals

Education and Training :

o Required college degree

o Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

o Professional written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment

o Initiative to finish projected deadlines and meet timelines

o Detail oriented

o Analytical skills

o Trustworthiness to maintain strict confidentiality

o Knowledge of agriculture and commercial business
