Overview

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer with 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will excel at wireframing, creating user stories, and using tools such as Figma and Sketch to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. This role is essential in ensuring our applications and platforms meet user needs while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to guide design and development.
• Create and refine user stories based on research and business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
• Use Figma, Sketch, and other design tools to produce high-quality mockups.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
