Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Therapist

A company is looking for a Clinical Therapist (LCSW / LPCC / LMFT) for a remote position in General IOP.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote tele-video psychotherapy, assessing client histories and determining treatment options

Consult with the Clinical Manager to develop and facilitate program activities for optimal therapeutic experiences

Create individualized treatment plans and document ongoing assessments of patient progress

Required Qualifications

Active clinical licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or a related field

Active clinical licensure and experience (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC)

Comfortable with technology and distance-based patient management

Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy / counseling
