We're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and attention to detail. The position starts as a temporary ongoing contract, with a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent role for the right person.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare, review, and track construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain documentation throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and accounting to ensure all agreements are properly executed and billed
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for all contract documentation
• Assist with bid packages, insurance certificates, and project closeout documentation
• Support general administrative needs for the project and operations teams
