Position Overview :

The Unified Fire Authority (UFA) is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Physician Medical Director to provide leadership, medical oversight, education, and quality improvement for our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system. The Medical Director will oversee EMS training, testing, evaluations, clinical protocols, research initiatives, and quality assurance / continuous quality improvement (QA / CQI) to ensure the highest standards of patient care across the system. This position plays a critical role in shaping EMS education, advancing evidence-based care, and fostering professional development for EMTs, AEMTs, and paramedics within UFA.
