This is an in-office position with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance. Candidates must be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willing to obtainlicensing assistance is available). Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.

What Youll Do

• Drive growth through proactive marketing, lead generation, and closing new business.
• Conduct consultative conversations with clients to identify coverage gaps and offer tailored solutions.
• Present insurance and financial products with confidence and clarity.
• Strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-up, service excellence, and retention strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements to maintain a competitive edge.

What Were Looking For

• Proven success in sales, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (required).

Licensing assistance provided for qualified candidates.

• Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven personality.
• Organized, accountable, and adaptable in a goal-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
