What Youll Do :

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care at both primary and secondary levels.
• Deliver direct psychiatric interventions, follow-ups, and consultations to patients across designated units.
• Conduct brief monthly psychiatric evaluations for routine team reviews.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care for our geriatric patients.

• A strong background in general psychiatry.
• A genuine interest in geriatric mental health.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Unrestricted medical licensure by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• Medical degree and completion of an ACGME-approved residency training in Psychiatry.
• Current DEA controlled Substance registration / licensed
