Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI / FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy PAPRs : PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption Badging and Fingerprinting : Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. This can be done as soon as all required modules are completed. Extensions : Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis.
