We are looking for a dedicated Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager like you to be a part of our team. As the Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager, you will manage real estate transaction activities in assigned territory including lease / purchase / sale transactions, and condo sale / purchase transactions. You will manage site selection processes including initial site search utilizing an outside broker, then manage all due diligence activities including zoning / rezoning, site plan approval and entitlements all before closing on the land. Includes sites for hospitals, FSED's, MOB's, ASC's, and CareNow urgent care facilities. You will act as team leader for all HCA MOB development, systemwide. Includes managing HCA's MOB pipeline of on-and-off balance sheet MOB's, negotiation of development documents with third-party developers for off balance sheet MOB's, negotiation and management of architectural / AIA contracts for on-balance sheet MOB's. Implement MOB feasibility study for MOB's systemwide, includes working with hospital and CAMS Planners on MOB site location, engage parking studies, parking deck analysis, determine hospital and PSG space needs and independent third-party physician space needs, analyze existing campus vacancy, all in order to properly size the new MOB. Prepare approval side deck for senior / executive level approvals, includes project budget and NPV analysis. You will interface with various HCA Healthcare corporate departments as well as Division management teams, executive leadership, and local hospital administration.
