A respected California firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join its General Liability practice group . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle complex cases while benefiting from mentorship, professional growth, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and case evaluations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies
• Assist with trial preparation and, when applicable, trial work
