Now Hiring : HVAC Pre-Install Site Evaluator.

Position Summary :

The HVAC Pre-Install Site Evaluator is responsible for conducting detailed site evaluations prior to installation. This role ensures that all system recommendations are properly scoped, measurements are accurate, and job readiness is confirmed. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in HVAC systems and can communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit residential or commercial job sites after a sale and before install
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and infrastructure (ductwork, electrical, venting, drainage, access)
• Confirm sizing and specifications of proposed equipment
• Identify potential installation challenges or code compliance issues
• Take detailed measurements and photos for install planning
• Create or verify load calculations (Manual J / S as needed)
• Coordinate with sales, install, and inventory teams to ensure accurate scoping
• Provide field input on install labor hours and materials
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work
• Document findings in CRM or designated project management platform
