We’re hiring both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates.

Get steady miles, competitive pay, strong benefits, and reliable home time.

Job details :

Top 25% average $1,700 weekly
Average weekly pay : $1,200
Mileage pay : $0.43–$0.61 CPM (based on route & verifiable experience)
Average miles : 2,200–2,400 per week
Monthly bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM
Paid orientation : $300
Home every three weeks (48 hr reset)
Freight : 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook
Equipment : 2020+ automatic trucks with APU
No slip seating – take your truck home

Recent CDL-A Graduates

Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A

Minimum : 120+ hours from accredited CDL school

Paid training in duration 4–6 weeks

Freight : 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook

Pay after training : $1,100–$1,200 weekly

OTR training across the Western US (WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, NV, CA, OR, WA)

Paid orientation & travel / hotel

Rider & pet policy available after training

Benefits (after 30 days)

Vacation pay starting at $800 after one year of service

24 / 7 driver support

Requirements

Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A

Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience

No DUI in last 5 years (CMV)

No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years

Must pass urine & hair test
