Overview
Purity Products is on a mission to redefine health and wellness for todays consumer. As we scale, we are creating a new position : Sr. Manager, Hypergrowth. This role is designed for a buildersomeone who thrives on identifying, testing, and scaling the next big growth opportunities. Youll sit at the intersection of marketing, commerce, and community, working directly with leadership to shape Puritys future. This is not a maintenance role. Its a high-impact position that will lead bold new initiativesstarting with launching TikTok Shop and building Puritys social and influencer enginewhile also laying the groundwork for new channels and community touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Launch and Scale New Growth Channels
Lead the rollout of TikTok Shop with agency partner ZeroTo1, driving sales from day one.
Experiment with emerging platforms, pilots, and partnerships that can open new scalable revenue streams.
Build playbooks to scale learnings quickly across other channels.
2. Own Organic Social & Content Growth
Create and manage a consistent posting cadence across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Source and curate UGC, while leveraging internal resources to create high-quality content.
Develop frameworks for authentic community engagement, driving both brand awareness and conversions.
Over time, hire and manage additional team members to execute content and channel growth.
3. Build Affiliate & Influencer Engine
Develop and manage Puritys affiliate / influencer program, from onboarding to optimization.
Partner with agencies, creators, and affiliates to drive measurable ROI.
Design campaigns that connect influencers to community engagement, making Purity a brand people advocate for.
4. Community Engagement & Growth
Establish and execute engagement strategies across social channels, affiliate groups, and customer communities.
Build Puritys reputation as a trusted, fun, and innovative brand that connects authentically with people.
Growth Path & Performance
This role is designed to scale with success. There will be performance check-ins during the first six months to ensure progress against channel launches, content growth, and affiliate program impact. As Purity validates this direction and the team expands, the Sr. Manager, Hypergrowth will have the opportunity to grow into an Associate Director role, with increased leadership responsibilities, team management, and ownership of Puritys emerging growth channels.

This role is 4 days onsite in Plainview, NY, and 1 / 2 (half) day REMOTE Fridays.
Applicants must be able to commute to the office 4 days per week to be considered.
