As the Director of Cath Lab, you will support Banne Fort Collins Medical Center and North Colorado Medical Center. Position Summary
This position develops and implements strategies for the clinical care of a defined group of patient care / clinical area for multiple facilities within Northern Colorado. May also have responsibility for non-clinical functions related to the clinical area(s). Plans and implements vision for patient care to ensure quality outcomes and a high degree of patient, physician and employee satisfaction.
Core Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a strong knowledge of healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a master's degree in healthcare administration or related field. Must possess significant knowledge of healthcare operations and leadership typically achieved with 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Must have considerable experience with patient population in the area of responsibility. Requires demonstrated experience leading and / or managing strategic clinical operations. Requires strong written and oral communication skills. Must demonstrate strong decision-making and critical thinking skills along with the ability to lead change.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification / licensure related to area of patient care preferred. Additional related education and / or experience preferred.
