Machine Learning Engineer

Location

Hybrid – Pasadena, southern California – local candidates

Required Qualifications

• Valid State‑Issued Photo ID
• Recent Banking or Financial Services Experience
• Proven Track Record on Long‑Duration, Enterprise‑Level Projects
• Bachelor’s Degree (4‑Year) in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field
• 8+ years of IT / Engineering experience (Only U.S.–based work experience)
• 3+ years of hands‑on Python development, including experience with data‑processing and machine‑learning libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• 2+ years of Chatbot development, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and applications
• 2+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SMLs)
