Cōpow Foods is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee all outbound distribution and transportation operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our products are delivered on time, in optimal condition, and with cost-effective precision across multiple channels — including long-distance store deliveries, local home deliveries, and nationwide shipping.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in logistics strategy, cold-chain management, and carrier performance optimization within the food or CPG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all outbound logistics operations, including regional retail deliveries, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, and national distribution.
• Oversee carrier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to cold-chain and food safety protocols throughout all delivery channels.
• Develop and manage KPIs related to on-time delivery, freight spend, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Customer Service to ensure seamless coordination from order fulfillment to delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and sustainability.
• Manage logistics budgets and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
