General Summary :

Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s One Finance team. We are looking for MBA or MS Finance / Accounting graduates to start from Summer 2026 as full-time Senior of Staff Financial Analyst in our San Diego headquarter.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a role based on strengths and prior work experience. The position is strongly team-oriented and involves working within financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, technical accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax, and / or investor relations. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other organizations within the company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :

$88,000.00 - $132,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
