Paraprofessional (School-Based)

Location : Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation : $23–$27 / hr (based on experience and skill set)

Schedule : Full-time; hours vary depending on student age group

We are hiring school-based Paraprofessionals in the Beverly Hills area to support students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Support implementation of student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Assist with classroom instruction, behavior management, and daily routines

Accurately collect and report behavioral and academic data

Use CPI de-escalation techniques when necessary for safety

Provide hands-on support including toileting and diapering, as needed

Engage with students across settings (classroom, playground, transitions)

Qualifications :

Must have one of the following :

A passing score on the Paraprofessional Exam

At least 48 college credit hours

An associate degree or higher

Open and comfortable with toileting / diapering responsibilities

Previous experience in special education or behavioral settings is a plus
