Property Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of one 50+ unit property, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants - Screen potential tenants through background checks and credit evaluations - Prepare and execute lease agreements and enforce lease terms - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and ensuring timely completion - Manage financial aspects of the properties, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking - Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions Experience : - Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Proficient in data entry and file management - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms and vendor contracts - Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus - Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio is beneficial - Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills - Sales experience to effectively market available units and upsell additional services As an On-Site Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of your property.
