Summary
The Leasing Analyst assists the Director of Leasing, Leasing Representative and the Senior Corporate Analyst in their day-to-day functions as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Canvas for prospective new local & regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media outreach, & in-person meetings
- Use CRM software program (SREG's internal software)
- Letter of Intent creation
- Upon successful training, work to execute existing tenant renewals, terminations, & modifications
- Contribute to the creation of leasing / marketing materials for distribution to prospects
- Financial analysis of existing and prospective tenants
- Assist Leasing Representatives with property leasing strategy development & implementation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal executive management review

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's DegreeKnowledge / Skills
