Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, uphold quality standards, and lead a team of supervisors while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing supervisors and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations in all manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
