Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with proven hands‑on expertise in Saviynt application onboarding to join our team in Hauppauge, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise‑grade IAM solutions with a primary focus on the Saviynt IGA platform
• Lead end‑to‑end application onboarding into Saviynt (connector configuration, REST / SOAP web services, custom integration rules, entitlement modeling, access request workflows, certification campaigns, etc.)
• Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
• Perform technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for new application integrations
• Develop and maintain Saviynt connectors (custom JARs when needed), correlation rules, SOD policies, and risk‑based certifications
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and infrastructure groups to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing governance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers
• Participate in IAM roadmap planning, tool evaluations, and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

This is a 100% onsite role based in Hauppauge, NY. No remote or hybrid options available.
