Primary Care Supervisor

Supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).

• Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Education :

Additional Preferences :

MA or RN experience with primary care preferred. Knowledge of front end operations including claims, registration, and insurance is a plus.
