Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) located in Monmouth County and the surrounding areas in NJ. The CHHA will be responsible for providing care and support to seniors in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with activities of daily living, delivering personal care, and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of clients. The role also involves effective communication with clients and their families to ensure that care plans are followed and needs are met.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Personal Care skills
• Experience in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Strong Patient Care abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Experience in elderly care is a plus
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
