Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining profitability. The manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including menu pricing, promotions, and cost control measures.
- Maintain inventory and manage supply chain operations to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to monitor financial performance and make informed decisions.
Qualifications :
