Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and executing advanced manufacturing processes to support complex and urgent production programs. This role plays a critical part in driving New Product Introduction (NPI), rapid prototyping, and end-to-end program execution. Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, the engineer ensures manufacturability, efficiency, and quality across a wide range of high-complexity assemblies. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels in fast-paced environments, and is committed to continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and performance.
